Iain became interested in magic when a magician visited his school in Warwick Qld when he was 11 yrs old. After seeing this magician Iain visited his local library and took out all the books on magic he could find. From this early beginning he developed his love for magic.

During a career in the navy Iain was able to visit many of the world’s magic shops and continue with his hobby of magic and entertaining his friends and children at their birthdays. In 1974. Iain settled in England for a number of years. While in England he joined the Magic Circle in London and took exams to become an Associate of the Inner Magic Circle.

In 1986 Iain returned to Australia and settled in Townsville where he has been entertaining young and old at birthdays, cocktail parties and special events. He started the North Queensland Society of Magical Entertainers for adults in the Townsville Area who are interested in magic as a hobby.
